Langley snags land near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport

Langley Properties (principals Stacy and Josh Brimhall) has paid $9.65 million for 112 acres of land near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

The land is off the Loop 202 freeway at Sossaman Road in the East Valley.

Langley has mixed-use development plans for the property including offices, retail, multifamily residential, retail and a hotel. There could also be industrial uses developed on the site which has Loop 202 freeway frontage.

The seller was the Gene (Jim) Gabrych Family limited Partnership.

The deal was brokered by Brian P. Lee and Will French of Cushman & Wakefield and LR Sanders of Kidder Mathews.
