Nationwide Realty submits plans for 2 new Scottsdale office buildings

Nationwide Realty Investors has submitted more plans with the city of Scottsdale for its Cavasson development at Hayden Road and the Loop 101 freeway.

The latest plans are for two new office buildings totaling 321,869 square feet on 7 acres at the Cavasson site. One building will total 164,529 square feet and the other 157,340 square feet, according to site plans filed by Nationwide and Butler Design Group.

Nationwide is asking Scottsdale for site plans and building elevation approvals for the office buildings. Both buildings will be five stories tall.

At full build out the Cavasson development could entail 1.8 million square feet offices, along with hotels and 1,6000 residences on 134 acres.
