New hockey rink proposed in Mesa

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been put forward in Mesa to convert a paintball facility and old bowling alley into a hockey rink.

The property is on Country Club Drive north of Main Street.

Hill Hockey Clinic LLC is purchasing the property and has submitted plans with the city of Mesa for redeveloping it into an ice skating and hockey rink.

The building was also previously a bowling alley and was built  in 1959.

The city of Mesa is being asked to approve renovation and expansion plans for the structure and improvements to the parking lot.
