Blandford Homes has filed plans with the city of Scottsdale for a new 10-acre, 12-lot subdivision at Shea Boulevard and 128th Street.
Blandford (McDowell Citrus 100 LLC) is asking Scottsdale to rezone the land with a residential designation that will allow for development of the Estates at 128th.
The land is currently zoned for 10 homes. The zoning change would allow for 12 new homes in a gated community near the Basis charter school campus in Scottsdale.
