A Paradise Valley home once owned by former Arizona Cardinals’ quarterback Kurt Warner sold for $3.1 million, making it one of the area’s top-selling homes of the week.

Among other buyers and sellers: a document service company executive, a nephrologist and a gastroenterology doctor.

Ty and Debbie Jenkins purchased a mansion in the Upper Canyon of Scottsdale’s Silverleaf at DC Ranch community. Ty Jenkins is the founder and chairman of Docutech, a document service company with an office in Scottsdale.

The two-story estate comes with a gourmet kitchen, brick-barreled ceilings and a spacious backyard that features a pool and a one-bedroom guest casita.
