Renovations to bring Class A office space to downtown Chandler

A downtown Chandler office building is slated to get a $5 million renovation and will be upgraded to Class A status.

George Oliver Companies (25 Arizona Place LLC) has purchased the Class B office property and adjoining parking garage at Arizona Place and Boston Street in downtown Chandler.

Renovations plans will create a 112,000-square-foot Class A office building with a coffee and juice bar, training center, billiards room and other tenant amenity spaces.
