Residential plans put forward in North Scottsdale

Sonora West Development Inc. has put forward plans in Scottsdale to develop 20 acres at Happy Valley Road and 92nd Street.

Scottsdale-based Sonora West wants to build a new luxury residential subdivision called Solitude on 20 acres.

The builder is asking the city of Scottsdale to rezone the property to allow for the development 17 luxury homes on the north Scottsdale site. The 20-acre property is undeveloped accept for an existing single-family residence.
