December 18, 2019 (Scottsdale, Arizona) – The Land Agency, an Arizona-based land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of Marbella Ranch North, including 290 final platted and engineered lots sold to KB Home and Lennar Homes. Located in Maricopa County, the new acquisition included a total purchase price ofapproximately $8,7000,000.

Marbella Ranch North is located north of the northwest corner of Glendale and El Mirage Roads, Maricopa County, AZ. The infill location represents the third acquisition for each homebuilder within Marbella Ranch.
