Trammell Crow Co. has submitted plans with the city of Scottsdale for a new 190-unit apartment complex at Raintree Drive and 87th Street in Scottsdale.
Trammel Crow is asking the city of Scottsdale to rezone the vacant parcel to allow for the multifamily development.
TCC has also started construction on a new Class A speculative office building at an adjacent parcel. The three-story Axis Raintree office building will total 175,000 square feet and is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The apartments and office are part of larger mixed-use plans for the parcels.
