Affordability, housing demand highlight Belfiore’s big AZ Dealmakers event

Jim Belfiore is gearing up for his 11^th Annual AZ Dealmakers next Thursday at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.

Belfiore said more than 900 attendees have already signed up (a record amount) and the event will outline the state of the regional real estate market and where things are headed.

“We have the most housing demand that we have had since 2006. There are more people active in the industry. There is more interest as a result,” said Belfiore, who is president of Belfiore Real Estate Consulting.

The half-day event will feature top executives and dealmakers in the real estate industry including Rose Law Group Managing Partner Jordan Rose, Taylor Morrison Homes Chairman and CEO Sheryl Palmer, Sunbelt Holdings Chairman and CEO John Graham, Offerpad Founder Jerry Coleman as well as economist Elliott Pollack and housing educator Mark Stapp.

Belfiore said one of the panels at the event will focus on affordable housing and how rising home prices and rents pricing some out of the market.
