A Pennsylvania-based maker and seller of commercial vehicles has bought a 55,392-square-foot industrial flex building in Gilbert and will bring new jobs to the East Valley.
Curry Supply Company has bought the building which sits on 3.16 acres at 1145 West Gary Road. That is near Baseline and McQueen roads in Gilbert.
Curry Supply bought the building from Edmonton, Alberta-based Silent-Aire. The company makes HVAC equipment and modular data centers moved to a new, larger and nearby facility.
The sale price was not disclosed.

Rusty Kennedy, Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and James Cohn of CBRE helped broker the deal.
Gilbert Mayor Jenn Daniels welcomed the new jobs and investment.
“Gilbert is excited to welcome Curry Supply Company to our community. Gilbert provides a skilled labor pool, strong regional infrastructure, and collaborative resources that will greatly benefit the company. We look forward to supporting them as they grow and positively impact the community,” Daniels said.
This will be Curry Supply’s fifth U.S. location and its first in Arizona.
