Construction to start on $65M development at Falcon Field

Construction is ready to get moving on a new $65 million, 23-acre aircraft storage, maintenance and light manufacturing development at Falcon Field in Mesa.

Mesa Hangar and Mesa Mayor John Giles will also officially break ground on the project on Tuesday. It will also include office space.


The Mesa Hangar project is the first Opportunity Zone project at Falcon Field. Opportunity Zones offer tax breaks for new real estate developments and investments in designated areas.
