By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Glendale City Council was briefed this week on potential approaches the West Valley city can take to its real estate holdings and needs.

Those include renovations and ongoing construction budgets for fire stations and other public safety buildings as well as a City Hall and the city owned Sine Building in downtown Glendale.

The city has budgeted $4 million for renovations at the City Court building and $3 million for improvements of city prosecutor offices.

Glendale is also examining other needs in terms of city building repairs and renovations as part of potential new bond program.
