Larry Fitzgerald buys stake in Phoenix Suns

Arizona Cardinals star wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has entrenched himself deeper into the Valley sports world by joining the Phoenix Suns ownership group.

Fitzgerald, who has sat courtside at Suns games for years, recently purchased a minority stake in the National Basketball Association team, according to an announcement Wednesday morning by Suns majority owner and managing partner Robert Sarver.

The specifics of Fitzgerald’s investment were not made public.
