Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a new Class A office building at the ASU SkySong development.

SkySong 7 is proposed for the northwest corner of Scottsdale and McDowell roads. The building will total 340,000 square feet and will be 6 stories tall. Plans also call for an 8-level parking garage.

SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center is already home to 750,000 square feet of existing office space as well as restaurants, apartments and a hotel. There are already six other commercial buildings developed at the southern Scottsdale development.

The property was previously home to Los Arcos Mall and was once eyed for a new hockey arena for the Arizona Coyotes. It has been redeveloped by Plaza Companies and Holualoa Companies.
