Redevelopment plans filed for Biltmore Loans property in Scottsdale

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for the redevelopment of a commercial and retail property near Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard.

Goldstein Diamonds operates at the location and has purchased an adjacent building. Plans have been filed with the city of Scottsdale for the redevelopment of the Biltmore Loans building.

Plans call for a new 6,000-square-foot footprint for the property with retail and gallery space as well as a new 2-story office structure.

The redevelopment is being branded as The ReLux with the Construction Zone Ltd. Handling the designs.
