Downtown Phoenix has seen a massive amount of development over the last few years. To help you stay informed, we’re now keeping a list of all current developments within downtown, which will be updated monthly to reflect changes.

Greenwood Brewing

The woman-owned brewery will open this spring on Fifth and Roosevelt streets. It will feature 14 taps and a dog-friendly courtyard that it will share with MADE Art Boutique and Eye Lounge.

The Cambria Hotel

A once vacant plot of land on the northwest corner of Third and Portland street is now home to a 7-story hotel with 127 rooms, a rooftop pool and a restaurant named Poppy. The project is part of a larger group of developments operating in the area north of Roosevelt Row.
