Fulton Homes has opened model homes for its first master-planned community, Estrella Commons, in Phoenix’s West Valley.
Seven model homes have been completed.

Three neighborhood series await buyers within Estrella Commons, Calistoga–North, Calistoga–South and North Shore.
One and two-story homes feature dozens of configuration options, including some with optional loft areas. Prices start from the low $270,000s.
