VAIL, Arizona — WAA GST Exempt Trust (April Worden, Trustee) purchased block 40 at Rancho del Lago from RMG Vail LLC for $535,350. The 4.5 acre site fronts on Rancho del Lago Blvd. in the master planned golf community of Rancho del Lago. The buyer intends to develop a community of 40-50 rental homes, in the under served market for rentals in the Vail area.

Rancho Del Lago is a Master Planned Community built in Vail, Arizona. Located north of I-10, Rancho Del Lago has homes for every lifestyle, including First-time Buyers, Families, Luxury Home Buyers, Retirees and Snowbirds. Some Residents come for the Del Lago Golf Course but most love the open spaces, mountain views and the great community that is Rancho Del Lago.
