Short-term rentals, condos proposed for Old Town infill project

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

An infill redevelopment project in Scottsdale will have short-term rentals as well as condo units and retail space.

City Works Development LLC has submitted updated site and design plans with the city of Scottsdale for its Lot 10 infill plans at 4238 Craftsman Court in Old Town. That is near Scottsdale Road and Third Avenue.

Plans call for 4,300 square feet of new commercial space, 4 short-term rentals and 2 condos at the 0.08-acre site.

Design plans call for the existing building on the property to be preserved and incorporated into the new designs.
