The Tempe City Council will consider plans for a 180-unit multifamily and mixed-use development at the Eastline Village property at Apache Boulevard and Smith Drive.
The development is on the Metro light rail near the Smith-Martin/Apache stop.
Development plans also call for 19,309 square feet of commercial space. The property is on 5.54 acres. The project is slated to total 145,432 square feet.
The project is on light rail and the city of Tempe would like to see developments along the transit line that are not car dependent.
The land is owned by LLCs associated with DMB Associates and Cornerstone Property Services, according to Arizona Corporation Commission records.
The Tempe City Council will look at the plans at its Thursday meeting.
