Bell Group submits plans for storage facility, offices in north Scottsdale

Bell Group LLC has submitted site and development plans with the city of Scottsdale for a 96,795-square-foot storage facility and 7,400-square-foot office building.

The project is located at McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and Thompson Peak Parkway. The development is called the McDowell Mountain Ranch Storage. The Scottsdale City Council approved zoning for the project at its February 27 meeting.

Bell Group also has submitted plans to develop another new storage facility just west of Papago Plaza at Scottsdale and McDowell Roads.
