By Ebony Day | The Republic

A 10,159-square-foot mansion in Cave Creek that boasts seven bathrooms was one of this week’s priciest homes sold in metro Phoenix. It was only the fourth most expensive home sold.

Robert D. Watson of Tinley Park, Illinois purchased a 10,159-square foot hillside mansion in Cave Creek.

The three-story estate comes with an elevator, home theater and a five-car, temperature-controlled garage. The home features brick barreled ceilings, arched doorways and reclaimed wood flooring throughout.

The mansion has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Peter Sturrus sold the home through his trust. He is the former president of Shape Corp. in Grand Haven, Michigan.
