Don’t Miss Rose Law Group’s New Virtual Power Lunch…The New Economy…S1 E3

Rose Law Group Reporter Staff

Don’t Miss Rose Law Group’s New Virtual Power Lunch…The New Economy…today we have assembled an all-star cast for Arizona’s can’t miss—and only—power lunch.  This week’s New Economy Power Lunch has personalities, inspiration, insights, and more.  Inspirational business power player Peter Thomas joins us to bring a positive outlook through the economic fog. Thomas built and developed the Four Seasons Hotel, Scottsdale. He has done billions in real estate and he’s lived and operated through several recessions and downturns. Thomas developed Century 21 Real Estate for Canada and developed many hotels and multi-family apartments in Canada, Phoenix and across North America. He also serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Entrepreneurs Organization or EO. We will also be joined by two of Arizona’s most successful and gregarious real estate pros. Michael “Frenchy” IlesCremieux will be lunching with us and giving us his insights on the current state of homebuilding.  Frenchy is a Division President of Richmond America (West Division) and has more than 24 years of experience working for national production homebuilders in the Phoenix, Denver, Tucson, California and Las Vegas markets. The ubiquitous Nate Nathan will give us his perspective on the land market and how he sees the market moving forward. Nathan is the President and Designated Broker of Nathan and Associates. His firm reaches beyond Arizona to California, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Idaho and Hawaii. We also have a special guest doctor to give us the latest medical updates on coronavirus with Doctor Leigh Erin Connealy, author of her book The Cancer Revolution. She leads two medical centers and has treated over 47,000 patients. Rose Law Group Corporate Attorney Shruti Gurudanti will also be on the panel to talk about the latest government incentive/loan programs.

Jordan Rose and Court Rich are thrilled to be moderating this great panel and they miss seeing people.  Grab some lunch and brush your hair (Jordan?) as the Zoom system we have set up lets you see everyone in “the room!”

Can’t wait to see you…

Last Friday, despite social distancing, nearly 350 people joined us for a live face to face lunchtime gathering.  We did the impossible—we socialized in a world of seclusion! We have a feeling you still do not have lunch plans today so we want to do it again. Join us for the third in a series of interactive discussions designed to educate and engage.  We are assembling an all-star group to chat it up about three things that are on everyone’s mind right now; the coronavirus, impacts on and strategies for both small businesses and the housing market.

Social distancing just cannot mean the end of socializing.

All you need to do to join is register below and follow the instructions or download the mobile app (Android or iOS) and enjoy!
