Farrell Quinlan named new executive director for BOMA Greater Phoenix

BOMA Greater Phoenix has named Farrell Quinlan as its new executive director.

The commercial real estate industry group was long known as the Building Owners and Managers Association.

Quinlan was previously state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and was vice president of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Quinlan succeeds Tim Lawless at BOMA. Lawless left the BOMA post to become president of the Commercial Real Estate Executives for Economic Development (CREED).
