Large Glendale shopping center trades for $6.3M; Cameron Carter, RLG partner and Transactional Department director, weighs in

Brittany Square, a 49,004 sq ft. retail center, traded for the 3rd time in the past few years, represented each time by Nick Miner, CCIM of ORION Investment Real Estate, according to a press release. Brittany Square, located at the NEC of 67th Ave. and Peoria, has attracted major retailers including Walmart Neighborhood Market, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Goodwill, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Circle K. According to the press release, the buyer is purchasing the property to keep it as a long-term leased investment — and also has plans “to occupy a portion of the property for their medical related business.”
