Plaza Companies and Holualoa Companies have submitted updated plans with the city of Scottsdale for a planned office building at the ASU SkySong development.

Updated plans were submitted earlier this month with the city for the new SkySong offices.

The new office building is slated to be 6 stories with an adjacent 8-story parking garage.

The update design plans also outline a three-story high open courtyard and fourth-story outdoor patio space. Those design features will offer views of Camelback Mountain, the McDowell Buttes at Papago Park as well Scottsdale and McDowell roads.

The new office will building will also have one SkySong’s hallmark shade canopies

There are already several office buildings as well as apartments, hotels and restaurants at SkySong.
