The Coronavirus is a unique challenge, and not quite like anything we have seen before. Here’s a tip on on how families can stay prepared, healthy, and connected.

Keep the kids entertained:

With potential school closures through the end of the school year, parents are tasked with maintaining work schedules while simultaneously educating the children and keeping them entertained. This is a daunting challenge. Online platforms such as Scholastic are offering free daily educational projects to keep kids reading, thinking, and growing. But learning is not all about the books. There are other ways to grow and learn such as online yoga, dancing or singing programs. And, if you live here in Arizona, it is pretty easy to take these activities into the backyard for some fresh air.  Try Cosmic Kids Yoga or simply download YouTube for kids where you can find endless videos and entertainment for exercise and mental stimulation.
