Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale to add a new building at the Sycamore Apartments development at Thomas Road near 68th Street.

A new 20-unit apartment building will be built on the current site of tennis courts at the existing multifamily development, according to plans filed with the city of Scottsdale. The building will be two stories.

The Sycamore Apartments sits on 18 acres in southern Scottsdale. The property is owned by Chicago-based ML Casa V LCC, according to records from the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office and Arizona Corporation Commission.
