The final municipal blessing has been bestowed upon a new, two-lot residential subdivision at 9845 E. Cactus Road that will carry general residential zoning.
Scottsdale City Council unanimously approved the final plat for the residential subdivision coined, “Anderson Residences” at its March 3 meeting at City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd.
The City Council approval comes following an October 2019 approval at the Scottsdale Development Review Board.
