Arizona’s Leading, Innovative ‘Attainable Housing’ Company Announces New Hires to Greenlight Communities Team

(SCOTTSDALE, Arizona) – As an unfortunate number of companies across the country are being forced to furlough or lay off employees, one company in Arizona is thankful to be expanding their team. Scottsdale-based Greenlight Communities, is pleased to announce the hire of Project Coordinator Devon Rae, Assistant Project Manager Jackson Meyer and Real Estate Acquisition Project Manager Alisia Espiriti.

Devon Rae

Devon Rae joins the Greenlight Construction team as Project Coordinator on Greenlight’s Cabana projects. Rae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Housing and Urban Development as well as an Arizona Real Estate License and has amassed extensive experience in residential building and real estate. Rae’s experience and expertise will provide Greenlight invaluable insight in designing sustainable and resourceful development as the company continues to grow.

Jackson Meyer

Jackson Meyer, a soon-to-be graduate of the ASU’s Barrett Honors College and recipient of the New American University Scholar award , proudly joins the Greenlight Construction team. Jackson brings a strong education, industry experience and fresh perspective, as Assistant Project Manager. Meyer, who also holds an Arizona real estate license, will serve on the industry’s leading team as they successfully reinvent the traditional apartment developer model, focusing exclusively on attainable rental housing and specializing in urban infill residential development.

Alisia Espiriti

Alisia Espiriti holds an Arizona Real Estate License and has earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Arizona State University and now serves as the Real Estate Acquisitions Project Manager for Greenlight Communities. For some, Alisia may not have been the obvious choice for this position, having formerly worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer developing products in the Aerospace Industry , but Greenlight has never relied on in-the-box thinking and their hiring choices are no exception. Alisia’s analytical mind, natural curiosity and deep passion for real estate makes her the perfect fit for this role on the Greenlight team.

“We are proud to be doing work that allows us to continue to employ and hire during these difficult times. We know that these three individuals will not only be tremendous assets to our team, but also an integral part in serving the Valley through Greenlight’s mission to build design-forward new and attainable rental housing. Our new team members bring innovate thoughts and new ideas, as well as a passion for real estate. This combination of qualities prove to be invaluable to our industry. With over 500 of our Cabana units ready for move-in May 1st, another 619 under construction, and over 1,300 in development, we are adding attainable rental housing to communities around the Valley at a furious pace. We understand the need is there, now more than ever, and we are determined and set to provide.” said Patricia Watts, Co-Founder of Greenlight Communities.

Greenlight Communities, armed with cutting-edge industry research, modern design and technological advancements in construction and operations, go beyond the basics, providing high-quality housing without the high cost. Greenlight Communities’ Cabana multifamily concept utilizes innovative construction and design practices to build new developments that offer design-forward communities with rental rates that are targeted to fit the average renter’s income and are significantly less expensive than other new apartments being built in metro Phoenix.
