D.R. Horton opens first neighborhood in Estrella

D.R. Horton is opening its first neighborhood in Goodyear’s master-planned community Estrella by Newland. The neighborhood will be the most recent to open in Lucero, the latest village in Estrella.

Suitable for a wide variety of homebuyers, the neighborhood will feature seven distinct floor plans with both single and two-story options. The homes range in size from 1,314 to 2,204 square-feet and start in the mid-$200s. Each home comes standard with stainless steel appliances, Smart Home technology, and front yard landscaping. Many of the plans offer upgrades such as gourmet kitchens with modern finishes, 12’ sliding glass doors that open onto covered patios, paver driveways, and backyard landscape packages.
