DMB Associates is looking to develop a new retail and restaurant building at the One Scottsdale mixed-use project off Scottsdale Road near the Loop 101 freeway.
DMB has submitted plans for a new 10,700-square-foot retail and restaurant building with the city of Scottsdale. It piggybacks on plans for a four-story hotel previously submitted by DMB for the One Scottsdale development. Those plans are being reviewed by Scottsdale staff.
DMB has also submitted plans to enhance the Scottsdale Road scenic corridor in the northern part of the city where One Scottsdale is located.
The land for the development is owned by RKCCLL Investments LLC (the Kemper and Ethel Marley Foundation.
One Scottsdale could total as much as 2.86 million square feet at full build out with Class A offices as well as 400 hotel rooms and 2,000 residential units.
