The Glendale City Council is scheduled to vote tomorrow on final plat approvals for two new development projects in the Westgate Entertainment District area.

The Cavan Companies has plans for Bungalows at Westgate, a 193-unit multifamily project consisting of single-family rentals. Cavan wants to build the Westgate rental development at Orangewood and 91st Avenues. Glendale approved rezoning the parcel in November.

The Council will also consider final plat approvals for En Fuego at Westgate. A commercial development with retail and restaurants at 91st and Glendale Avenues across from the Westgate Entertainment District.

Diversified Partners is developing the 12-acre site. Starbucks, Raising Cane’s, Barro’s Pizza, Biscuits Cafe and Jack in the Box are slated to land at the development.

Both Diversified and Cavan are based in Scottsdale.
