Outdoor kitchens, an indoor basketball court and a splash pad are among the features found in this week’s priciest home sales in metro Phoenix.
Among the luxury home buyers and sellers: a neurosurgeon, a gas and oil executive, and the head of a financial consulting firm.
Fred Russell Harwell, as the trustee of the X Zip Trust, paid cash for a sprawling 14,396-square-foot contemporary-style mansion with a gated motor court in Paradise Valley’s Mummy Mountain Park subdivision. David Price of Nashville, Tennessee, is listed as the beneficiary of the trust.
Built in 2013, the home has floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors, an indoor basketball court with a retractable batting cage and a rooftop observation deck.
