Multifamily, townhouse development plans submitted in Old Town Scottsdale

Development plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a proposed multifamily and townhouse development at 69th Street and Main Street in Old Town Scottsdale.

The project is called the Scottsdale Residences.

Plans calls for 121 multifamily units and 9 townhouses on 2.6 acres. The property is currently home to older commercial buildings.

The site is east of the Valley Ho hotel and south of Indian School Road in Old Town.

Unites will range between 502 square feet to 1,558 square feet for the multifamily component and 2,300 to 3,000 square feet for the planned townhomes.

Main Street Scottsdale LLLP has submitted site plans with Scottsdale.  BH Development GP LLCB is listed as a partner for the Main Street development group, according to the Arizona Secretary of State.
