Peoria P&Z approves 264-unit multifamily project

Meyer Development Services, Ltd, on behalf of the owner, Sedona 43 Holdings, LLC, submitted plans to the City of Peoria for the development of a new 14-building multifamily project called Peoria Commons.

A request for an amendment to the General Plan land use map from Commercial to Urban Residential on approximately 10.7 acres south of the SWC of 91st and Olive Avenues was approved by the Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission on April 9th.

Peoria Commons is planned as a 264-unit multifamily development consisting of a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom dwelling units.
