Home offices, a gym and an outdoor shower are among the luxurious features in some of this week’s most expensive home sales in metro Phoenix. 

Among the home buyers and sellers: a professional golfer, an orthopedic surgeon and a neurologist.

$3,700,000

Ben Tyler purchased a new-construction mansion in Paradise Valley.

The 6,473-square-foot house was built in 2019 and comes with a home office, a gym and a glass wine cellar. The home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Grounds of the estate offers views of Camelback Mountain and include a pool, an outdoor shower and private patios.

Derek Langone sold the house. He is the president of Digital.ai, a software company headquartered in Massachusetts.
