A rezoning of property for 379 homes at Bella Vista Trails, at Gantzel Road and Bella Vista Road; and a separate land division at Bella Vista Road and Hunt Highway are to be discussed at the May 27 meeting of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors.
It begins at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Pinal County Administrative Complex’s Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.
San Tan Valley items include:
- A public hearing, discussion and vote on an ordinance approving the rezoning of 81.86 acres from General Rural Zone to Single Residence Zoning District to allow for residential uses along with 379 units of detached single-family residential southeast of Gantzel Road and Bella Vista Road. The request is by Forrest Max Koepnick, Forrest Max Koepnick Survivor’s Trust, landowner; and Jorge Villasenor, EPS Group Inc., agent and applicant.
