Shea Homes Arizona recently “opened” its newest community, Reserves Estates at Eastmark. I say open with a grain of salt, because as you might guess, we’re opening this community differently than any other we have before.
In order to best provide for the health and safety of our buyers, we’ve taken a different approach to this grand opening that plays much more heavily on virtual options than ever before, and it may well be a preview for home-shopping of the future.
Nearly anything buyers could do in person before they can now do online, from browsing communities to virtual tours. Buyers can video-conference with a new-home advisor who can walk them through the pre-approval process, as well as financing options. We’ve even had buyers working with our design studio team via Zoom to personalize their new home.
