(Disclosure: Rose Law Group represents HealthyVerify Certification.)

Now with enhanced safety & health procedures in response to COVID-19.

CHANDLER, Ariz. (May 27, 2020) – Starting May 27, 2020 clients will once again have the ability to book public and private events at Rawhide Western Town & Event Center and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park. Both properties have reviewed our operations and enhanced our safety and health procedures, including being now certified by HealthyVerify.

“The safety and health of our guests and employees are of the highest priority, and as a result, we have decided to significantly modify our operations and procedures,” said Mark Grado, General Manager of Rawhide Western Town & Event Center and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park. “These modifications include face coverings, temperature screenings, and enforced physical distancing. We have diligently researched this situation and submitted and certified our facilities for a third party review by “HealthyVerify” and through that process and partnership, developed solutions to create as safe an environment as possible, especially when considering we are primarily an outdoor operation.”

“Reopening Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park and Rawhide for private bookings will mean a lot to many Arizonans and now visitors will know that by attaining a HealthyVerify Certification this iconic venue went above and beyond in assuring that the best practices are in place to protect public health,” said Jordan Rose, co-founder of HealthyVerify Certification. “Our team of medical experts is highly collaborative in its work, in this instance, listening to insights from the community task force as well as business operations to develop a customized plan to give everyone peace of mind.”

Further operational changes include separate entrances for employees and guests, required visitor self-screening forms, and the reexaminations of our food & beverage options for safety purposes. All associates are getting tested for Covid-19 on a routine basis at both properties. To ensure all necessary sanitizing procedures are performed to the highest standard, Rawhide Western Town & Event Center and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park have established a response team that will oversee all cleaning operations. This will include the increase of cleaning and sanitation in public traffic areas and of frequently touched surfaces, as well as monitoring the vigilant compliance that will become standard as we navigate the impact to our industries.

Rawhide Western Town & Event Center and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park will continue to monitor updates and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), and will update our safety protocols and procedures as necessary.
