Terrata Homes debuted its newest neighborhood, dubbed Segovia, in Estrella by Newland. This will be the second Terrata Homes branded community in the State of Arizona and the newest addition to the Goodyear master-planned community.
All single-story homes, Segovia will feature five floor plans ranging from 2,112 to 2,777 square feet. The homes offer three- to five-bedroom options and come standard with stainless steel Whirlpool® kitchen appliances, 42-inch upper cabinets with crown molding, Moen® faucets and hardware, granite countertops, Wi-Fi-enabled garage door openers, and professionally designed front yard landscaping.
