Camelot Homes debuts new model in North Scottsdale

Camelot Homes announced the opening of its third model home at The Villas at Seven Desert Mountain in North Scottsdale. The luxury lock-and-leave lifestyle community started selling last year with two model homes. The third and newest model is now open and showcases the third floor plan available in The Villas.

The new model home is 3,350 square feet and features three bedrooms plus a den and three and a half baths. It is a single story, but the floor plan provides an option for a two-story with an included elevator. The contemporary model has an expansive great room with pocket doors for optimized indoor/outdoor living, a separate den, a large wine wall and a wet bar. As with the other models, award-winning architect Robert Hidey designed the floor plan and Pacific Dimensions Residential designed the interior.
