Mesa allowing for permit extensions for developers, construction projects because of COVID

The city of Mesa is allowing developers and builders to extend construction and development permits as well as planning and zoning approvals because of the impacts of COVID-19.

The East Valley city is telling developers and contractors to contact its Development Services Department about extensions.

Mesa is also waiving fees usually charged for permit extensions.
