More hybrid rentals headed to the WV

Christopher Todd Communities is opening two new hybrid rental communities in the West Valley.

These new projects in Peoria and Goodyear mark the Mesa-based company’s sixth and seventh communities. Four additional projects are under construction, with others in the pipeline across the Valley.
