The city of Chandler is looking a development proposal and zoning request to bring a new 420-unit apartment complex to a 17.96 acre-property in near Frye and Dobson Roads.

The Town Frye Apartments will have 16 buildings and 823 parking spaces, according to city documents. The current zoning requires 733 parking spots.

Related (RD Delta Frye LLC) is the developer of the proposed project which is being considered by the Chandler City Council.

The council is looking zoning requests and development plans for the multifamily project. The area could also still see mixed-use commercial development, according to council documents.
