Permitting flexibility in QC

Town Of Queen Creek Update:

The Town of Queen Creek is committed to aiding residents, businesses, and the development community during the COVID-19 pandemic and is dedicated to maintaining the same level of customer service the community expects. In response to the pandemic, the Town of Queen Creek has enacted the following:

• All Building, Planning, and Engineering permits, plans, and approvals that have an expiration date between May 11, 2020 and December 31, 2020 or that have an approval date prior to December 31, 2020 have been automatically extended for an additional 1-year at no cost. Additional flexibility can be applied to active development applications and can be approved by the Development Services Director.

Effective today, June 1, Queen Creek Town buildings are open to the public, with safety measures in place. Access to online services is still available 24/7 at QueenCreek.org/DevelopmentService and by phone Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 480-358-3003.
