Valley luxury homebuilders back at construction

The novel coronavirus pandemic that has dominated headlines and turned thousands of living rooms and kitchen tables into temporary offices hasn’t had that kind of impact on the companies that make custom homes for the well-to-do in enclaves like Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale.

A spec home or two may have been postponed, but several executives of companies surveyed on the newly released 2020 Business Journal Custom Home Builders list seemed optimistic about their long-range outlook, as well as the day-to-day business they’re going through now.
