ALDI has made its Arizona expansion plans official announcing this morning it will open new stores in Gilbert, Chandler, Peoria, and Goodyear by the end of the year.
The German grocer outlined its much-anticipated Arizona expansion in a press release.
The Chandler store near Alma School Road and Queen Creek Road and the Peoria store on Lake Pleasant Parkway near Happy Valley Road are scheduled to open in November.
ALDI will open new stores in Gilbert near Pecos Road and Gilbert Road and Goodyear on Estrella Parkway just off Interstate 10 in December.
“We are incredibly excited to open our first stores in Arizona and introduce millions of new shoppers to the most affordable grocery shopping experience,” said Tom Cindel, Moreno Valley Group Director of Operations and Logistics for ALDI. “Beyond our commitment to always provide the freshest groceries at the lowest prices, we are proud to create job opportunities for residents.
