CHANDLER, Ariz. – The Douglas Allred Company recently broke ground on two additional office buildings at their Park Place Development on Price Corridor. Both of these three-story buildings will be 150,000 square feet and located on the northeast corner of Price and Willis roads. These buildings will have the capacity to bring approximately 1,800 jobs to Chandler.

In the past few years, the Douglas Allred Company has completed multiple significant leases in Chandler at the Park Place Development. Some of these leases include Northrop Grumman (633K sq. ft.), Voya Financial (150K sq. ft.), Allstate (150K sq. ft.), CVS Health (98K sq. ft.), Toyota Financial (63K sq. ft.), and LoanDepot (53K sq. ft.).

“We would like to thank the Douglas Allred Company for their continued investment in Chandler and the future employment opportunities these office buildings will bring,” stated Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. “Chandler’s ability to develop talent locally and attract talent from around the world is a significant factor in the continued corporate site selection momentum we are experiencing.”
